NovexAI agrees to provide the following services:
- Appointment generation through digital marketing efforts and AI automation.
- AI receptionist setup, training, and management.
- Done-for-you Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Access to a CRM for tracking and lead management.
- Any performance or appointment guarantees are based on the terms and metrics mutually agreed upon during the sales call and documented at the time of signup.
- If the Client adjusts or lowers their agreed ad spend, any performance guarantee or service-level commitment may be voided.
- NovexAI’s liability is limited to fulfilling the specific deliverables discussed and confirmed with the Client during onboarding.
- The Client is responsible for providing and maintaining the ad spend budget agreed upon during the sales call.
- The Client must supply:
- Accurate business information for ad creation and AI training.
- Any requested promotional content or media.
- Timely communication and feedback to maintain campaign performance.
- Ad spend and NovexAI’s service fees are billed separately and managed independently.
- Services begin within 5–7 business days of Client payment or agreement acceptance.
- Any delays caused by missing information or Client inaction may extend the timeline without penalty to NovexAI.
- Payments are processed via Whop or another approved payment processor (credit/debit).
Fees include:
- A one-time setup fee (non-refundable).
- A monthly service fee, per the terms agreed during the sales call.
- Any refund or credit considerations are subject to the terms specifically agreed upon during the call and confirmed in writing.
- Communication channels include:
- Weekly or bi-weekly calls as needed.
- Text or message-based updates for ongoing support.
- The Client is expected to attend scheduled calls and reply promptly to maintain campaign effectiveness.
- The initial term is 3 months, unless otherwise specified and mutually agreed.
- After the initial term, services continue month-to-month unless canceled by either party with written notice.
- Early cancellation may be granted upon mutual agreement between Client and NovexAI.
- This Agreement shall be governed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- By printing your name, signing below, and/or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Client Agreement.
